Sometimes the bra changes, not the customer. This happens especially after the re-invention of the 'Bra'.  Women from all walks of life decided they had enough from suffering in silience during the 1960's. They 'burned' their bras and returned to them when the manufactures got the message of making the bras more comfortable. Todays fabrics are comfortable and have a bit of stretch to accomidate the comfort.  You may notice that the bras don't last as long as they did in the 1060's however, that is a minor problem at Tina's Closet®.

Unfortunately, when the New Stretch Fabric in Bra was introduced, someone forgot to re-educate the customer, to no fault of theirs, on how to wear and care to extended life and comfort. At Tina's Closet® we will educate and share how to eliminate Bra Woe® Challenges.

First of all; Ma and Pop shops were closing there Main Street businesses because Malls were opening up for the working women, to make life more convenientl  Departments strores carried everything for all genders and ages. One stop shopping was a great idea, or was it? Unfortunately, all the small Main Steet specialist went out of business. You may have come accross a few at the mall, however the buyers at the malls didn't stock the shelves with the right sizes or styles needed.  This would frustrate a professional fitter who enjoyed and knew how to order what was needed. 

At the Malls, Training involved a 15 minute video for employees in Bra departments. Therefore, empolyees just sold the bras the best they could, no information provided to the sales staff to give them a better understanding for customer service. They say a smile and a kind word goes a long way and it does.  However, now the customers think something is wrong with them because they can't find a bra that is comfortable. At that point of time, the bra manufactures were starting all over again do to the fabriac change in Bras. 

Tina was fortunate to discover the lack of information on why 85%how to purchase a comfortable bra.  Working with bras, Tina also was disatisfied with her bras and thought she was the problem. Working one on one allowed Tina to better understand why the customers were disastified. Information on how to re-measure and adjust to the added stretch of the bra and more importantly on how to wear the bra is the added benefit of shopping at Tina's Closet®. Tina found her niche when she received her lightbulb moment. It didn't take long for Tina to figure out how to help customers. When she did, she was the send in line to receive a perfect fit.  She became empowered and wanted to pass the feeling to all customers.

In 1987 with confidence and facts to back up her fittings of how the bras wear for the different age and size allowed Tina to continued mastering her craft in Bra Fittings. Working for someone else who didn't understand the fittings, the importance of a properly fitted bra and not supplied with variety of sizes Tina developed the confidence to open her own business. Today, Tina's Closet stocks size from 28 to 50 and cup sizes A to Q cup and with alterations anything in-between for a perfect fit.
